Louisville, KY – According to the city officials, this is in accordance with Regulation 2.17.
City officials also said that the 30-day public comment period starts February 21, 2023, and ends on March 23, 2023.
A public hearing may be scheduled if the District determines that there are germane, unresolved issues or substantial public interest, in accordance with Regulation 2.07.
