The Jefferson County Coroner’s Office identified the man who was found buried behind a home in south Louisville

Louisville, KY – According to the police officials, Louisville Metro Police Department officers were called to the 3400 block of Vetter Avenue.

Louisville Metro Police Department officers found a buried body in the backyard of the home. He was later identified as Michael Boggs and he died of multiple gunshot wounds.

According to the police report, investigators think that Andrew Strong shot and killed the victim. Then, he buried the body in the yard.

Andrew Strong told the officers that he covered the body in garbage bags before burying him in the rear of Vetter Avenue.

He was charged with the abuse of the corpse but hasn’t been brought up on murder charges. This story will be updated.
