Louisville offers 2021 offensive tackle Brandon Baldwin

The University of Louisville lost offensive line commitment Zen Michalski earlier this week when he re-opened his recruiting process.

U of L offensive line coach Dwayne Ledford still has two offensive linemen committed in the Class of 2021 but he’s looking to add more.

The Cardinals could add two more linemen on the offensive side of the ball and on Wednesday night the Cardinals added a junior-college target to the list.

Independence, Kan., Community College offensive tackle Brandon Baldwin, a native of Detroit, Mich., confirmed the Cardinals extended him an offer.

The 6-foot-7, 315-pound Baldwin also has offers from Michigan State, Maryland, Eastern Michigan, Liberty, Missouri State, and Western Illinois.

247Sports analyst Allen Trieu said, Baldwin “has big upside at 6-foot-7, 305 pounds with a basketball background. Plus, with Independence not playing this year, it is possible he could have four years of eligibility remaining.”

Baldwin has not been rated yet but has one Crystal Ball projection to Michigan State.
